Easy Returns at Delivery

You have the liberty to return any product at the time of delivery. If you are not fully satisfied upon receiving your order, you can return it while our delivery personnel is present.

Hassle-Free Exchanges

  • 72-Hour Exchange Window: Feel free to exchange any product within 72 hours from the date of receipt.
  • Condition for Exchange: Products must be returned in a resalable condition to be eligible for an exchange.
  • Refund for Price Difference: If the exchanged product has a lower price than your original purchase, we’ll refund the difference using the same payment method as your order. Please note, we cannot credit the refund to your account on our website.
  • Customized Orders: Please note that prescription lenses, custom lenses, and accessories made to your specifications are not eligible for returns or exchanges as they are tailored to your personal requirements.

Processing Your Returns

  • Refund Timeline: We aim to process your refund within 7 to 10 working days after receiving your return request.
  • Refund Method: Refunds are issued through the same payment method used for the original purchase.

Order Acceptance & Product Availability

  • Order Acceptance: We reserve the right to refuse orders in certain situations, such as incorrect information or unavailable products.
  • Product Availability: While we strive to keep all listed products available, we cannot guarantee the availability of any product at the time of order placement.

Changing or Cancelling Your Order

You can change or cancel your order at any point before we have dispatched it for shipment. To do so, please email us at humayun93390@gmail.com with your order ID.

Non-Returnable Items

We cannot accept returns of certain items, including:

    • Gift cards
    • Downloadable software products
    • Some health and personal care items
    • Perishable goods (e.g., food, flowers)
    • Intimate or sanitary goods, hazardous materials, or flammable liquids or gases.

Refunds Process

  • Inspection and Notification: Once we receive and inspect your return, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
  • Refund Credit: Approved refunds will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your original payment method within a specified period.

Late or Missing Refunds

  • Check Your Bank: If you haven’t received a refund yet, please check your bank account again and then contact your credit card company. It may take some time for your refund to be officially posted.

Sale Items

Only regular priced items may be refunded. Unfortunately, sale items cannot be refunded.

Shipping Returns

  • Return Address: To return your product, mail it to the physical address provided on our website.
  • Shipping Costs: You will be responsible for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.
  • Shipping Advice: For returning more expensive items, consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We don’t guarantee that we will receive your returned item.

Gifts

If the item was a gift shipped directly to you, you’ll receive a gift credit for the value of your return. If it wasn’t marked as a gift, the refund will go to the gift giver.
